In particular, the HR Assistant will support the HR Administrator to work closely with Office Managers to support them with HR issues/request/paper work and communicate any changes this will require occasional travel to our field locations. The HR Assistant will support the HR Administrator who works closely with HALO Cambodia’s heads of department to ensure that the programme’s HR requirements are met in line with operational strategy and HALO global policies. The HR Assistant is based in Siem Reap HQ and reports directly to the HR Administrator.
